Team Time Reporting is a web application that does not require a plugin or extension. TTR can connect to multiple TFS and VSTS projects at the same time. Define which Work Item types may have time entered against them.

Team Time Reporting provides several custom reports that provide a holistic overview across all projects. You have access to all entered data and can set any specific Duration when running TTR reports.
Single timesheet for all projects
Team Time Reporting allows you to log all hours worked, across multiple projects, from a single centralized system. You can enter project hours for both TFS Work Items as well as non-TFS hours, such as Sales and Management.
